No. The pallet truck needs a flat, hard surface and cannot cross gravel or grass. Where access is unsuitable, the pallet will be left kerbside. Contact us before ordering if you need help checking access.
Yes. Keep the crate inside or under cover. If you store it outside, protect the logs from rain while allowing air to circulate.
Check the maximum log length in the appliance manual and measure the usable firebox space. The log needs to fit comfortably, with room to load it safely.
Parcel orders are delivered by a third-party courier and do not need a signature. Pallet deliveries have different arrangements; someone should be available unless delivery instructions have been left.
