Approximately 0.8m³ of loose logs per bag. A useful starting point if you want a substantial supply without storing a full crate.
We supply hardwood logs for delivery to Malton from our North Yorkshire business. You can order a full crate for regular burning, a bulk bag for a smaller supply or handy bags for occasional fires.
Our kiln dried range includes ash, birch, oak and mixed hardwoods. There are also extra-thin logs for pizza ovens, plus kindling and firelighters. Product pages show the quantity, moisture content and cuts available so you can compare loads before ordering.

Approximately 2m³ loose volume, stacked into a crate. For regular wood burning when you have space to keep a larger load dry.
Handy bags of firewood for occasional fires or smaller orders. Check the pack size and delivery method on the product before ordering.
Extra-thin kiln dried hardwood for wood-fired cooking. Smaller pieces make it easier to add wood gradually and control the fire.
For a stove, start with the log length your appliance accepts. Then consider the cut and species: ash gives steady heat, birch lights quickly and oak burns more slowly once established.
A pizza oven benefits from smaller additions of dry wood so you can manage the heat as you cook. Our pizza oven range is cut extra thin for that purpose.

Yes. Leave clear instructions with the order if you need to explain access or where a delivery can safely be left. Instructions do not remove the need for suitable access for the service booked.
Use the loose volume: approximately 2m³ in a crate and 0.8m³ in a bulk bag. The crate figure describes the volume of the logs when loose, not the external volume of the wooden crate.
Keep them protected from rain. Dry logs can take moisture back on, so use dry, ventilated storage and keep the wood away from damp ground.
