The Ready to Burn certification mark is available to firewood suppliers who can demonstrate to Woodsure their ready to burn logs have a moisture content consistently below 20%
We at Dalby Firewood take this standard even higher by making sure our kiln dried firewood is below 15%
The scheme has the backing of DEFRA, HETAS, the STOVE INDUSTRY ALLIANCE and industry representatives such as ourselves, who are committed to this scheme which clearly identifies that the wood is ready to burn at the point of sale.
