Yes. You can order your firewood online and choose the available delivery date and time slot during checkout for pallet deliveries.
Crates and bulk bags are delivered by tail lift lorry on a pallet. If access is flat and suitable, the pallet can be wheeled to your desired location. Pallets cannot be moved over gravel or grass and will be left kerbside where suitable access is not available. The delivery driver will not drive onto your property.
Someone should be available to accept a pallet delivery unless you have left delivery instructions when placing your order. Please make sure there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle and somewhere appropriate for the pallet to be unloaded.
If your property is within a Smoke Control Area, you should check the rules that apply to your address and make sure you are using an appropriate appliance. Ready to Burn certification relates to the moisture content of the firewood and does not by itself mean wood can be burned in any appliance within a Smoke Control Area.
