Approximately 0.8m³ of loose logs per bag. A useful starting point if you want a substantial supply without storing a full crate.
If you light the stove most evenings, the amount of wood in a delivery matters. Our firewood is sold by volume, with approximately 0.8m³ of loose logs in a bulk bag and approximately 2m³ loose volume in a crate. Both are available to order for delivery to Bridlington.
The range includes kiln dried ash, birch, oak and mixed hardwoods, along with smaller bags, kindling and firelighters. Choose your logs first, then check the available delivery options for your postcode.

Approximately 2m³ loose volume, stacked into a crate. For regular wood burning when you have space to keep a larger load dry.
Handy bags of firewood for occasional fires or smaller orders. Check the pack size and delivery method on the product before ordering.
Extra-thin kiln dried hardwood for wood-fired cooking. Smaller pieces make it easier to add wood gradually and control the fire.
Ash is a useful all-round firewood with a steady flame. Birch catches quickly, while oak is denser and burns more slowly. An oak and birch mix combines quicker lighting with a longer-lasting burn once established.

No. For pallet deliveries, the driver will not drive onto your property. Where the route is suitable, a pallet truck can move the load from the lorry to a suitable position.
For pallet deliveries, someone should be available unless you have left delivery instructions when ordering. Make sure there is suitable access and a safe place for the load. Aborted deliveries are chargeable.
Volume is the more useful way to compare these loads. The weight changes with the species and moisture content. Check the loose volume stated on the product.
The logs need protection from rain if kept outside. Store them clear of damp ground and allow ventilation. A bag alone is not a substitute for a dry storage position.
