With our pallet delivery service, your order is  delivered kerbside on a tail lift lorry. The delivery vehicles can not and will not drive onto residential driveways. The pallet can be wheeled to your desired location if the access is flat, and not gravel or grass, or the pallet will be left kerbside. Please note standard garden gates are too narrow for access as pallets are 1.2m in width.

Please make sure someone is available to accept delivery unless you have left specific instructions where to leave the pallet. Aborted and returned deliveries are chargeable.

Delivery date and optional time-slots for pallet deliveries are chosen during checkout.

*We can not give you an estimated time for the 08:30- 17:30 all day delivery slot. This is an all day delivery and can arrive anytime within the given hours. If you need specific times you must select an alternative delivery slot*
